  • Never swallow products intended for consumption with e-cigarettes.
  • Always close containers of products intended for consumption with e-cigarettes immediately after use.
  • Do not use products intended for consumption with e-cigarettes after their best-before date.
  • Fill e-cigarettes exclusively with products intended for consumption with e-cigarettes.
  • When using products you have made up yourself (e.g. liquids from longfills, shortfills, flavours, bases, shots, etc.), always observe the manufacturer's recommendations on concentration, mixing, steeping time and use.
  • Always observe all details and information in the instructions for use supplied with the product and, where applicable, in the operating manual.

  • Rechargeable batteries are wear parts and must be replaced regularly.

Information on disposal

The quality and sustainability of our products matter a great deal to us, but at some point even the most durable product reaches the end of its service life. By disposing of your e-cigarette (waste equipment) properly, you enable valuable raw materials to be recycled and thus make an important contribution to protecting the environment.

To make handling waste equipment as easy as possible for you, we ask you to note the following information:

  • All e-cigarettes and electrical and electronic equipment marked with the „crossed-out wheelie bin“ symbol must not be disposed of with household waste. They must be taken to suitable collection points.
  • Batteries and rechargeable batteries that can be removed from the e-cigarette without destroying it must be disposed of separately at a suitable collection point.
  • When disposing of e-cigarettes, batteries and rechargeable batteries, care must be taken to minimise fire risks as far as possible (e.g. by taping over the contacts).
  • Before disposing of e-cigarettes, any personal data stored on the device should be deleted.
  • Containers of products intended for consumption with e-cigarettes, as well as the products themselves, must be disposed of in accordance with the national waste disposal regulations in force; in this respect, please also observe any hazard statements for this product listed under „Classification under the CLP Regulation“.

Suitable collection points for e-cigarettes

Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment with a sales area of at least 400 m², and distributors of food with a total sales area of at least 800 m² who offer electrical and electronic equipment several times a calendar year or on a permanent basis, are obliged to take back up to three items of waste equipment free of charge and irrespective of the purchase of a new device, provided these items are smaller than 25 cm.

  • Collection points of the public waste management authorities
  • E-cigarettes, batteries and rechargeable batteries can be handed in free of charge at our shop.

Please dispose of your waste equipment responsibly. The environment and DWA thank you.
