Battery Disposal Information (BattG)
In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we are required to inform you of the following:
As an end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries. You may return old batteries that we carry or have carried in our range as new batteries free of charge to our dispatch warehouse (shipping address).
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004% by mass of lead
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury
Electrical Equipment Take-Back (ElektroG)
As a retailer of electrical equipment (including e-cigarettes and electronic atomisers), we are obligated under § 17 ElektroG to accept old devices free of charge.
This symbol identifies collection and take-back points for waste electrical equipment. You may drop off old devices at our premises free of charge or send them by post (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

Waste electrical equipment must not be disposed of in household waste. You can also drop off old devices at your local municipal collection point. Information on collection points is available at www.ear-system.de.
